  • Storm, Tempest, Cyclone, Typhoon, Hurricane, Tornodo, flood, inundation (STFI)
  • Impact damage by any rail/ road/ vehicle/ animal (other than own)
  • Bursting and/or overflowing of Water Tanks, Apparatus and Pipes
  • Leakage from Automatic Sprinkler Installations
